Airport Mazda Of Toronto: COVID-19

As the situation in our country begins to improve from a world-changing event. We must not lose focus on the goal. COVID-19 has altered how we carry on with our daily lives, by impacting almost every facet of it. Canadians have come together as a nation to fight off and subdue this invasive entity. As many industries had come to a screeching halt, the automotive industry was not different.

We thrive off the face to face interaction with our automotive consumers. As our provinces slowly began to reopen, stringent protocols were put into place to help avoid the spread and flatten the curve. Each dealership implemented strict guidelines set out by provincial and federal health officials. Airport Mazda of Toronto located at 415 Rexdale Blvd. Toronto, Ontario, has worked closely with Mazda Canada to develop and execute a safe strategy for our customers.

There have been so many unknowns regarding our current situation and many questions are asked. We would like to answer some of them below:

What steps is Mazda Canada taking to ensure their employees’ safety during this time?

At Mazda Canada, safety remains our top priority, and we continue to operate under the guidance of provincial and federal government and public health officials. Our corporate workplaces are currently closed, with employees working from home. Our dealerships have also put additional precautionary measures to ensure the safety and comfort of their customers and employees.

Can I still contact Mazdas customer service team?

Yes, our Customer Assistance team is still available to assist you with any questions or concerns via telephone, email, or fax.

Are Mazda dealerships open?

All of our dealerships are now open. However, there may be changes in their services. Contact your local dealership to confirm their hours of operation and available services prior to visiting.

What measures is Mazda taking to help ensure their dealerships are safe for employees and customers?

At Mazda Canada, our team is committed to serving you safely and reliably, and our dealerships have implemented new safety measures. While practices vary by the dealership, they typically include but are not limited to, access to sanitizing products, enhanced social distancing measures, and frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and vehicles. Some dealerships are also offering at-home test drives and vehicle pick-up and delivery for service appointments. Reach out to your local dealership for more information about their safety initiatives.
